Before the upgrade
The starting point
The property needed additional controlled entrances and broader video coverage while retaining its existing Keyscan access-control platform.

What WeTech installed
The security upgrade
WeTech expanded the existing Keyscan system across three additional doors, installed the required electric strikes and integrated the new readers into the property’s established access-control environment. We also installed 14 AI-enabled security cameras with night-vision capability for clearer monitoring after dark.

The operating outcome
Management gained additional centrally managed doors and a modern CCTV layer without replacing the access-control foundation already serving the property.

What this completed scope demonstrates
Light House demonstrates a selective expansion: WeTech retained a supportable Keyscan access-control foundation, added three controlled doors and installed 14 AI-enabled night-vision cameras instead of replacing working access infrastructure without evidence.
Why selective expansion fit the property
The existing Keyscan platform could support the additional openings. WeTech integrated the new readers and electric strikes into that environment, preserving centralized management while expanding controlled access.
A second security layer
Fourteen cameras added broader video coverage and night-vision capability. Access control and CCTV remained distinct systems with a coordinated property outcome: more managed entrances and more useful authorized video review.
