Complete service guide
What property owners and managers should know
A responsible takeover starts with control and documentation
We record panels, controllers, readers, intercom stations, cameras, recorders, alarm zones, locks, gate interfaces, elevator relays, networks, power supplies and batteries within the agreed scope. We also confirm administrator credentials, software versions, licences, remote services and the ownership of any cloud account.
If programming access or documentation is missing, we explain the recovery options and limits before changing the system. A takeover should leave the property with a clearer asset list, support path and administrator handover than it had before.
Intercom and enterphone service
We can assess audio and video entry systems involving Mircom, Enterphone or Viscount, SES, Linear, Aiphone, Akuvox, DoorKing, Sentex, Viking, ButterflyMX, 2N, Comelit, Fermax, DoorBird, Hikvision, Dahua and other current or legacy platforms.
Service may involve directory or calling faults, door-release problems, power or network issues, resident onboarding, station replacement or a migration plan. Proprietary programming, discontinued parts and third-party telephone or cloud services can affect what is practical.
Access control, gates and elevator security
We troubleshoot doors that do not lock or release correctly, rejected credentials, reader and controller faults, power problems, database issues and approved gate or elevator interfaces. Platforms may include Keyscan, Kantech, CDVI, ICT Protege/InAxsys, RBH, HID, Paxton, Brivo, Avigilon Alta/Openpath, LenelS2, Gallagher, Genetec, Suprema, Salto and related hardware.
Door hardware, automatic operators, vehicle gates and regulated elevator equipment can involve other qualified trades. We coordinate the security-system scope and identify where locksmith, door, gate or elevator work is required.
CCTV, NVR and DVR support
A live camera view does not prove that recordings are complete. We can review camera connectivity, recorder status, storage health, time synchronization, user access, exports, remote viewing and the condition of power and network equipment.
Supported environments may include Hikvision, Avigilon, Axis, Hanwha Vision, i-PRO, Uniview, VIGI, Dahua, Digital Watchdog, Bosch, Pelco, GeoVision, Speco, Eagle Eye, Verkada and compatible ONVIF equipment. Compatibility and cybersecurity are checked before mixed-brand reuse is proposed.
Alarm-system service and takeovers
We can inspect intrusion panels, keypads, door and window contacts, motion detectors, sirens, communicators, app access and the available zone information. A takeover may retain suitable sensors while replacing or reprogramming the control and communications layer.
Self-monitoring and professionally monitored options depend on the selected platform, communication path and monitoring partner. Existing installer locks, account ownership, obsolete communications or unavailable parts can change the final recommendation.
Repair, phase or replace
- Repair a supportable fault when parts and programming access are available
- Retain tested wiring, door hardware or sensors that remain suitable
- Replace only failed or obsolete components when compatibility permits
- Phase a larger migration to reduce disruption
- Replace the platform when security, reliability or support risk makes continued repair impractical
Brand coverage has practical limits
WeTech can assess and support a broad range of major current and legacy systems. Listing a brand does not mean every model remains repairable, that WeTech is the manufacturer’s authorized representative, or that proprietary software and cloud accounts can be transferred without the required access.
Serviceability depends on parts availability, programming access and the condition of the existing system. We confirm those conditions before promising a repair, integration or long-term support path.
