What this means for your property
Elevator access control can enable selected floor permissions for authorized credentials when the elevator interface supports the proposed design. The first step is to define the required journey: which floors residents, staff, visitors or contractors should be able to reach and how permission is granted. WeTech coordinates the security side with the property and the relevant elevator professionals before confirming the installation.
Hawthorne’s published project includes two elevator controls alongside its door and gate access. That scope demonstrates integration experience, but does not establish the exact floor-permission behaviour at another building. The final proposal should clearly divide security and elevator work and explain how the approved visitor and resident routes will be tested.
