What this means for your property
Existing parkade remotes can often keep working when the receiver, gate interface and proposed access plan support them. WeTech has retained compatible legacy remotes at Cotton Ridge and the Dorchester while adding modern entry options. That does not mean every remote can be enrolled directly into every new controller.
The assessment must identify the remote and receiver, who manages their permissions and how lost devices will be removed. If a UHF reader or app is being added, the proposal should explain how the old and new methods coexist at the same gate. Both must be tested against the actual entrance operation before the transition is complete.

Record the remote and receiver models; a remote’s appearance alone does not establish compatibility.
Agree administration
Confirm how legacy remotes are assigned and revoked alongside any new app or vehicle credentials.
Test each entry method
Check current remotes and the new method at the actual gate with the approved operating sequence.
