What WeTech installed
The security upgrade
WeTech installed an Akuvox video intercom, connected the building’s gate control and created a custom welcome screen using Caroline Apartments and Diverse Rentals branding.

After the upgrade
The operating outcome
Residents can use SmartPlus and configured Siri operation while existing gate remotes remain available, and visitors now see a polished property-specific welcome screen at the entrance.
