The starting point
The building’s original 1971 wired intercom required residents to be in their units to answer visitors and offered no visual verification.

What WeTech installed
The security upgrade
WeTech replaced the out-of-service entry panel with an Akuvox video intercom and modern access control supporting fob, mobile and configured facial-recognition options. We also created a custom Lincoln welcome wallpaper for the entrance screen.

The operating outcome
Residents can see visitors, release the entrance remotely and choose the access method that suits them, while visitors are welcomed by a screen designed specifically for Lincoln.
