The building’s older wired intercom required residents to be inside the property to answer visitors and release the front entrance.

What WeTech installed
The security upgrade
WeTech replaced the aging entry system with a new Mircom intercom configured so residents can receive visitor calls and authorize the front door while away from the building.

After the upgrade
The operating outcome
Residents have a more flexible way to manage visitors and time-sensitive deliveries, including Amazon packages, without needing to be physically inside their suites.
