Before the upgrade
The starting point
Each Martinview Manor unit already had a landline telephone, but the building needed an entrance intercom that could use those existing suite phone lines for reliable visitor calling and front-door release.

What WeTech installed
The security upgrade
WeTech installed a Mircom telephone-entry intercom and configured the resident directory to call each unit’s approved landline. When a visitor calls from the entrance, the resident can speak with them and use the configured telephone command to release the front door.

After the upgrade
The operating outcome
Residents can manage visitors and time-sensitive deliveries through the familiar landline already inside each suite, without requiring a separate new indoor intercom station in every unit.
