Before the upgrade
The starting point
Residents relied on an original audio-only intercom tied to landline calling. They could hear and release a visitor, but they could not see who was at the entrance or answer intercom calls while away from the building.

What WeTech installed
The security upgrade
WeTech replaced the aging entry system with video intercom and integrated access control supporting live visitor video, remote mobile answering and door release, enrolled facial recognition, Bluetooth, fobs and phone-controlled underground-garage entry. Physical keys and conventional landline calling remained available.

After the upgrade
The operating outcome
Residents can verify visitors, manage deliveries while away and choose between modern or familiar access methods. Council can also update resident information and review system activity through its administrative access.
