What this means for your property
Existing intercom wiring can sometimes be reused after its type, condition, route and suitability for the selected equipment have been checked. A working old audio system does not by itself prove that its cable network will support the proposed replacement.
The design also matters: a mobile-based calling arrangement may reduce the work needed inside suites, while a system retaining indoor stations may have different cable requirements. WeTech reviews these options before promising a retrofit without rewiring. Ask the proposal to identify which runs will be retained, which require testing and which need replacement, together with the access needed to complete that work in an occupied building.
