In this context, the condo front door means the building entrance included in the project; it does not automatically mean the private door to an individual suite. The Dorchester’s published upgrade added remote visitor entry and video verification to an older building. Before handover, test the actual entrance from the resident’s phone and confirm what alternative is available when the phone, app or building internet connection cannot complete the call.
